Ensure smooth delivery for freight items with our Liftgate Service add-on. This option is required if your location does not have a loading dock or a forklift available to unload heavy equipment. A liftgate allows the driver to safely lower your order from the truck to the ground for easy access at your location.

Machines ship factory-direct. We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day; transit is typically 3–7 business days and the carrier calls ahead to schedule.

You unload with a forklift or loading dock. No dock? Choose liftgate delivery (+$150) above.

Inspect the crate before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report concealed damage within 3 business days.

↺30-day returnsDamaged or defective on arrival? We cover the freight.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by phone or email. Equipment must come back in the condition it was received.

Returns of machines working as intended carry a 10% restocking fee and the customer pays return freight. If your equipment arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, we cover return and replacement freight.
