Pallet Stackers
Pallet stackers lift and stack pallets in racking and tight aisles for a fraction of the cost of a forklift. They're compact, battery-powered and easy to learn. We carry semi-electric, full-electric walkie, straddle-leg and counterbalanced stackers with lift heights up to 216 in.
How to choose
- Straddle or counterbalanced: straddle legs fit around the pallet and suit racking. Counterbalanced stackers have no legs, so they handle closed pallets and bins.
- Lift height: measure your top beam and add about 6 in of clearance.
- Semi or full electric: semi-electric models are pushed by hand. Full-electric models drive and lift on power.
- Battery: lithium models charge fast and need no maintenance.

Stacker or forklift?
A stacker costs less, fits tighter aisles and works indoors on smooth floors. Choose a forklift for outdoor yards, trailers and heavier loads.
What is the difference between a walkie stacker and a counterbalanced stacker?
A straddle or walkie stacker uses outrigger legs under or around the pallet. A counterbalanced stacker has no legs in front, so it can pick up closed-bottom pallets and get close to racks, but it is longer.
How high can a pallet stacker lift?
Lift heights in this category range from under 100 in. up to more than 200 in. Match the lift height to your top rack beam plus clearance for the pallet.
Are pallet stackers used outdoors?
Pallet stackers are built for smooth indoor floors. For yards, ramps or rough ground, use a forklift instead.
How much does shipping cost on a pallet stacker?
Freight is free on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $150. If you don't have a loading dock or a forklift to unload, add liftgate delivery for $150.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock units usually leave the warehouse within 3 to 10 business days, then freight transit depends on your location. Built-to-order units can take longer, and we confirm timing before you pay. You get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I finance a pallet stacker?
Yes. Choose Affirm at checkout for monthly payments, subject to approval. Businesses can also pay by ACH or wire, or request a written quote for purchasing or a lender. See our financing page for details.

A straddle or walkie stacker uses outrigger legs under or around the pallet. A counterbalanced stacker has no legs in front, so it can pick up closed-bottom pallets and get close to racks, but it is longer.

Freight is free on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $150. If you don't have a loading dock or a forklift to unload, add liftgate delivery for $150.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock units usually leave the warehouse within 3 to 10 business days, then freight transit depends on your location. Built-to-order units can take longer, and we confirm timing before you pay. You get tracking as soon as your order ships.
