Ordering & Product Information

Yes. Equipment Nation is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. All products are genuine, brand‑new, and backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you sell brand‑new or used equipment?
We primarily sell brand‑new equipment from authorized manufacturers. If we offer used or refurbished units, they will be clearly marked on the product page.
Can I get a written quote before purchasing?
Absolutely. Contact us with the products you’re interested in and we’ll provide a written quote.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We provide special pricing for large or repeat orders. Contact us for details.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. We partner with trusted financing providers so you can get the equipment you need now and pay over time.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
Yes. Tell us about your application and budget and our team will recommend the best options.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the identical product at a lower price from another authorized dealer (and it meets MAP requirements), we will match that price. See our Price Match terms for full details.
How do I request a price match?
Contact us before purchase (or within 7 days after ordering) at +1 (888) 378‑6244 or support@equipmentnation.com with the competitor’s name, link or invoice, model number, and advertised price. We’ll verify authorization and MAP compliance. Freight, installation, taxes, and fees are excluded from matching.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (lower 48). P.O. Boxes are not eligible for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $500 ship free within the lower 48. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $100 fee. Surcharges may apply for expedited options or special services.
How fast do you ship?
Handling time is up to 1 business day. Orders received by 2 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes. For special delivery dates or time windows, contact us for a custom quote.
Will the driver unload my equipment?
For freight deliveries without a dock or forklift, liftgate service is required and can be added at checkout. Liftgate lowers your shipment to the ground; it does not include inside delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available on many items. Freight deliveries requiring faster service must be quoted separately—contact us for a custom quote.
Can you use my preferred carrier?
Yes. Let us know your preferred carrier and account details—we’re happy to ship on your account.
Any tips for accepting a freight delivery?
Inspect before signing, verify model/quantity, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and report concealed damage within 3 business days. If badly damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Residential vs. commercial delivery—what’s the difference?
Residential includes homes, apartments, schools, and churches—even if a business operates there. Commercial addresses have loading docks or forklift access and are open during standard business hours.
Do you ship orders in multiple packages?
Yes. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments as items become available. You’ll only be charged for shipping once—on the first shipment.
What are your shipping address guidelines?
Please double‑check your shipping address, include the full business name for commercial deliveries, and a valid phone number for coordination. Home‑based businesses are treated as residential. P.O. Boxes are not eligible for delivery.
How do you ship heavy or oversized items?
Items over 150 lbs or longer than 108” ship via freight. Liftgate and other accessorials can be added during checkout or quoted by request.
Do you offer furniture shipments or use a freight forwarder?
Furniture may have extended lead times. If using a freight forwarder, you must arrange it. Once delivered to the forwarder, they are responsible for final delivery.
Can you use my preferred carrier or account?
Yes. Tell us your preferred carrier and account info before shipping and we can use it for your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Notification must occur within this period by phone or email.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at +1 (888) 378‑6244 or support@equipmentnation.com with your order number, model, delivery date, and reason for return. We’ll issue an RMA and shipping instructions if approved.
What condition must returns be in?
Equipment must be returned in the same, undamaged condition received. Returns that are damaged, modified, or missing components may be refused or incur additional fees.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or is defective within 30 days.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns where the product is functioning as intended.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method, minus restocking and return freight where applicable.
Are any items non‑returnable?
Custom‑built or specially ordered equipment may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions must be approved in writing prior to purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Standard return terms apply.

Damaged, Defective & Warranty

What should I do if my shipment looks damaged?
Inspect thoroughly before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately. For severe damage, refuse the shipment and notify us.
What if defects appear within 30 days?
Contact us right away. We’ll cover all freight for return and replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Do products include a manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand and model; we’re glad to help with claims after 30 days.
