The EKKO EP20JNLI is a full-electric lithium walkie pallet jack with narrow 22" x 45" forks and a 4,400 lb capacity. It is built for narrow pallets, half pallets and skids that standard 27" forks will not enter.

A 48V/20Ah lithium battery with included charger, pinwheel capability and a 54" turning radius keep heavy, narrow loads moving in trailers and tight aisles.

The EP20JNLI is the 4,400 lb narrow-fork model in EKKO's lithium walkie range. Its forks measure 22" x 45", five inches narrower than the 27" forks on the EP20JLi, so it enters narrow pallets, half pallets and skids with close-set openings. It keeps full power drive and lift, a 48V/20Ah lithium battery with charger included, a 7.8" raised height and pinwheel capability. Forks lower to 3.35". Compared with the 4,000 lb EP18JNLI, it adds 400 lb of capacity and moves from 24V to 48V. Choose it when narrow pallets are also heavy ones.

WHY THE EP20JNLI

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

22" x 45" narrow forks

Forks measure 22" wide and 45" long, narrower than the standard 27" width. That allows entry into narrow pallets and skids with close-set fork openings, and the overall width is just 22".

4,400 lb capacity

Narrow forks do not cost you capacity. The EP20JNLI is rated for 4,400 lb at a 24" load center, the same as the standard-width EP20JLi, and raises loads to 7.8" for travel.

48V/20Ah lithium power

A 48V/20Ah lithium battery powers full-electric drive and lift, and the charger is included. The 0.75 kW drive motor and 0.8 kW lift motor are run from the ergonomic handle.

Pinwheel turning, 54" radius

Pinwheel capability and a 54" turning radius let the jack turn tightly in trailers and narrow aisles. An electromagnetic brake, polyurethane wheels and robotically welded steel round out the build.

Why choose the EP20JNLI over the EP20JLi?

Choose it when your pallets have narrow fork openings. The EP20JNLI has 22" x 45" forks and lowers to 3.35"; the EP20JLi has standard 27" x 45" forks and lowers to 2.95". Both carry 4,400 lb on a 48V/20Ah lithium battery, raise to 7.8" and can pinwheel.

How does it compare with the EP18JNLI?

Both are narrow-fork walkies with 22" x 45" forks, a 7.8" raised height, a 3.35" lowered height and pinwheel turning. The EP20JNLI carries 4,400 lb on a 48V/20Ah battery. The EP18JNLI carries 4,000 lb on a 24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery. Choose by your heaviest regular pallet.

What is the lowered fork height?

Forks lower to 3.35" and raise to 7.8". Measure your narrowest, lowest pallet opening against those figures. If you want a second opinion, call (888) 378-6244 with your pallet dimensions and we will confirm the fit before you order.

What battery and charger come with it?

One 48V/20Ah lithium battery and a charger are included. Run-time depends on load and distance and is not published. Drive and lift are both full-electric, controlled from the ergonomic handle, so the operator never pumps or pulls. Plug in the charger at the end of the shift.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
