BUILT FOR THE JOB

The full-size 4,000 lb walkie

The EP18Li is the long-fork 4,000 lb option in EKKO's lithium walkie range. Its forks are 27" x 48", three inches longer than the 45" forks on the EP18JLi, so it supports the full depth of 48" pallets. Steel entry wheels help the forks ride into pallets, and the charger is built into the jack. Power comes from a 24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery. It raises to 7.7", lowers to 3.3" and turns in 55". An optional backrest is available. Choose it over the compact 4,000 lb models when you handle 48" pallets all day. For 4,400 lb on the same layout, see the EP20Li.

WHY THE EP18LI

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

27" x 48" full-length forks

Forks measure 27" by 48", supporting the full depth of 48" pallets. They raise to 7.7" and lower to 3.3" for entry and travel clearance.

Steel entry wheels

Steel entry wheels near the fork tips help the forks roll up and into pallets instead of catching on bottom boards, which makes repeated pallet entry smoother on busy docks.

Built-in charger, LiFePO4

A 24V/40Ah lithium iron phosphate battery powers drive and lift. The charger is built into the jack, so there is no separate charging station to buy or mount, and lithium means no watering routine.

Optional load backrest

An optional backrest is available to help support tall or stacked loads during travel. The steel frame is robotically welded, with polyurethane wheels and ergonomic controls.

WHERE IT WORKS

MADE FOR YOUR OPERATION.

48" pallet handling

Move standard 48" deep pallets with full fork support from tip to heel throughout the shift.

High-volume docks

Load and unload trailers all day where steel entry wheels ease repeated pallet entry and reduce damage.

Stacked loads

Add the optional backrest when moving tall, stacked cartons that need extra support in transit.

Distribution centers

Shuttle pallets between receiving, storage and shipping lanes on long runs across a large building.

BEFORE YOU BUY

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EP18LI.

Still unsure? Call (844) 455-4327 or email support@equipmentnation.com. Real people, Mon–Fri.

How does the EP18Li differ from the EP18JLi?

Both carry 4,000 lb on a 24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery. The EP18Li has longer 27" x 48" forks, steel entry wheels, a built-in charger and an optional backrest. The EP18JLi has 27" x 45" forks and pinwheel turning, which helps in trailers. Choose the EP18Li for 48" pallets.

What do the steel entry wheels do?

Entry wheels sit near the fork tips and help the forks roll up and over the bottom boards as they enter a pallet. That makes repeated pallet entry smoother, which matters on high-volume docks where the jack enters hundreds of pallets.

How do I charge the EP18Li?

The charger is built into the jack. Park it at a suitable outlet and plug it in to recharge the 24V/40Ah lithium iron phosphate battery. Run-time per charge is not published, so call (888) 378-6244 if you want help planning a charging routine around your shifts.

How does the EP18Li compare with the EP20Li?

They share 27" x 48" forks, steel entry wheels, a built-in charger and an optional backrest. The EP20Li is rated for 4,400 lb with a larger 24V/60Ah LiFePO4 battery. The EP18Li is rated for 4,000 lb with a 24V/40Ah battery.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).

Can I finance it?

Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm at checkout to spread payments out, or call us about ACH/wire for large orders.
