The EKKO EK25GB is a 5,000 lb electric forklift that lifts to 189" (15.75 ft) with 47.48" of free lift. Side shift comes standard, and solid pneumatic tires let it work docks and paved yards as well as warehouse floors.

A 48V/600Ah lead-acid battery powers an 11 kW drive motor and a 12 kW lift motor through a ZAPI controller. A 3-phase 480V charger is standard, with a 220V charger optional.

The EK25GB is for businesses that want a 5,000 lb electric forklift and prefer lead-acid battery technology over lithium. It lifts to 189", or 15.75 ft, taller than the 185" GT-Li and T-Li models, with a generous 47.48" of free lift for trailer and low-clearance work. A 48V/600Ah battery feeds an 11 kW drive motor and a 12 kW lift motor through a ZAPI controller. Side shift with a 4-way valve comes standard, and solid pneumatic tires let it work docks and paved yards as well as warehouse floors. It costs less than the GT-Li models.

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

5,000 lb, 189" Lift

Rated for 5,000 lb at a 24" load center with a 189" lift height and 47.48" of free lift. The 42.1" forks adjust from 8.7" to 29" wide, and the mast tilts 6 degrees each way.

48V/600Ah Lead-Acid Battery

A 48V/600Ah lead-acid battery powers an 11 kW drive motor and a 12 kW lift motor through a ZAPI controller. The standard charger runs on 3-phase 480V power, with an optional 220V charger.

Solid Pneumatic Tires

Solid pneumatic tires resist punctures and handle dock plates, uneven concrete and paved yards. The truck turns in an 84.2" radius and is rated for a 15% grade laden.

Side Shift, 4-Way Valve

Side shift lets operators align pallets without repositioning the truck, and the 4-way valve adds a hydraulic function for attachments. Ergonomic controls and robotically welded steel handle daily use.

How is the EK25GB different from the EK25GT-Li?

Both are 5,000 lb electric forklifts with solid pneumatic tires, side shift and a 4-way valve. The EK25GB uses a 48V/600Ah lead-acid battery, lifts to 189" with 47.48" of free lift and costs less. The EK25GT-Li uses an 80V/205Ah lithium battery and lifts to 185" with 43.7" of free lift.

What charger does the EK25GB use?

The standard charger runs on 3-phase 480V power, and a 220V charger is available as an option. Confirm the electrical service at your charging location. Call (888) 378-6244 and we will confirm the battery and charger setup with you before you order.

Why is 47.48" of free lift useful on the EK25GB?

Free lift is how far the forks rise before the mast extends. With 47.48", nearly four feet, the EK25GB can double-stack inside trailers and containers and work under low doorways or mezzanines without raising the 83" lowered mast. Maximum lift is 189".

Can the EK25GB be used outside?

Yes, on suitable surfaces. Its solid pneumatic tires handle dock plates, uneven concrete and paved yards, and they resist punctures. As an electric forklift, it produces no engine exhaust, so it can go straight back into the warehouse after working outdoors.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
