Get 5,000 lb of propane muscle for yards and docks with the EKKO EK25TLP. It lifts to 185" with 43.7" of free lift on solid pneumatic tires, and Cascade side shift and a pre-plumbed Shimadzu 4-way valve come standard.

A Tier 4 EPA-compliant Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine rated 63 HP at 2,700 rpm runs on liquid propane and meets CARB regulations. Cascade side shift and a pre-plumbed Shimadzu 4-way valve come standard.

The EKKO EK25TLP liquid propane 4-wheel forklift is designed for all your material handling demands, warehousing and distribution. It is Tier 4 EPA compliant with a Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine that meets CARB regulations.

An enlarged operator space sits under a heightened overhead guard with wide arc-shaped front legs. A semi-suspension seat, small steering wheel, electro-hydraulic direction changing and an automobile-style combination switch improve driving comfort, and a cushion-connected, fully suspended cab absorbs vibration. A lowering damping device in the lift system reduces mast shock and the noise of loads touching down. A small turning radius keeps steering easy, and an optimized hydraulic system improves energy efficiency and lowers fuel consumption.

The EK25TLP sits in the middle of EKKO's LPG solid pneumatic line, and for many businesses it is the sweet spot. At 5,000 lb, it has headroom beyond the 4,000 lb EK20TLP for heavier pallets and bundled materials on the same 62.9" wheelbase and 45.2" width. It lifts to 185" with 43.7" of free lift and runs on solid pneumatic tires for yards, docks and rough concrete. A Tier 4 EPA-compliant Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine meets CARB regulations. Rated for 5,000 lb at a 24" load center with a 185" lift height and 43.7" of free lift. That covers heavier pallets, bundled materials and trailer loading, with more margin than a 4,000 lb truck.

Kubota or PSI 2.4L Engine

A Tier 4 EPA-compliant Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine, rated 63 HP at 2,700 rpm, runs on liquid propane and meets CARB regulations. An optimized hydraulic system is designed for lower fuel consumption.

Side Shift, 4-Way Valve

Cascade side shift lets the operator line up loads without repositioning. A pre-plumbed Shimadzu 4-way valve adds a fourth hydraulic function, ready for an attachment such as a fork positioner.

Suspended Cab, Damped Mast

A heightened, arc-shaped overhead guard enlarges the operator space. A fully suspended cab, semi-suspension seat and electro-hydraulic direction changing reduce fatigue, and a lowering damping device cuts mast shock and noise.

Should I choose the EK25TLP or EK20TLP?

Both lift to 185" with 43.7" of free lift on solid pneumatic tires, with the same engine options, side shift and 4-way valve. The EK25TLP is rated for 5,000 lb, compared with 4,000 lb for the EK20TLP. If your loads regularly approach 4,000 lb, the extra capacity gives you a working margin.

Should I choose the EK25TLP or the diesel EK25D?

Both are 5,000 lb solid pneumatic forklifts that lift to 185" with side shift and a 4-way valve. The EK25TLP runs on propane with a Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine rated 63 HP. The EK25D runs on diesel with a Mitsubishi 4EG engine rated 49 HP. Choose the fuel you can supply most easily.

What does the pre-plumbed 4-way valve do?

The Shimadzu 4-way valve provides a fourth hydraulic function beyond lift, tilt and side shift. Because it is pre-plumbed, you can add an attachment such as a fork positioner without re-plumbing. Call (888) 378-6244 to discuss attachments for your loads.

Is the EK25TLP emissions compliant?

Yes. The Kubota or PSI 2.4L propane engine is Tier 4 EPA compliant and meets CARB regulations, which matters for businesses in states with strict off-road engine rules. The optimized hydraulics are also designed to use less fuel. Check any additional local rules for your site.

How long until it ships?
