Some jobs rust out a standard pallet jack in a season. The A25G is built for them. It keeps the A25 layout: 5,500 lb capacity, 27" x 48" forks, 7.5" raised height and 2.95" lowered height. The frame is galvanized steel, robotically welded, for resistance to corrosion, heat damage and chemicals. EKKO recommends it for construction and automotive work, with limited use in food settings. Food plants and washdown areas should choose the A25S in stainless steel. Dry warehouses can save with the standard A25. The A25G sits in the middle, for crews working outdoors, near fluids or on rough ground.

Galvanized steel construction

The A25G is built from galvanized steel. EKKO specifies it for resistance to corrosion, heat damage and chemical exposure, the conditions that shorten the life of a standard painted jack.

Full 5,500 lb capacity

Galvanizing does not cost you capacity. The A25G is rated for 5,500 lb, the same as the standard A25, and raises loads to 7.5" for clearance over dock plates and rough joints.

Standard 27" x 48" forks

Forks are 27" wide and 48" long, lowering to 2.95" for easy entry. Fixed leg width is 6.3" and overall length is 63", identical to the standard A25 footprint.

German-seal pump, nylon wheels

A German seal system hydraulic pump and ergonomic comfort handles keep lifting steady. The A25G rolls on nylon wheels, and robotic welding gives every unit consistent, strong joints.

When should I choose the A25G over the standard A25?

Choose the A25G when the jack will face corrosion, heat or chemicals, such as construction sites, automotive shops or damp docks. It keeps the same 5,500 lb capacity and 27" x 48" forks as the A25 but adds galvanized steel construction for longer life in those conditions.

Can the A25G be used in food processing?

EKKO lists the A25G for limited applications in the food industry. For sanitary, washdown or pharmaceutical environments, the A25S is the better fit because it is built from type 304 stainless steel. Call (888) 378-6244 and we will help you match the model to your facility.

Is the A25G heavier than the A25?

Slightly. The A25G has a service weight of 176 lb compared with 160 lb for the standard A25. Overall length stays at 63" and maximum width at 27", so it stores and maneuvers the same way, and one operator can still reposition it empty.

What pallets does the A25G fit?
