The EKKO A25 is a 5,500 lb manual pallet jack for everyday dock, stockroom and warehouse work. Its 27" x 48" forks drop to 2.95" to slide under pallets and raise to 7.5" for travel, with no battery to charge.

Built for the daily grind

The A25 is the standard-steel model in the EKKO A25 line and the one most operations should start with. It is made for dry, indoor work: pulling pallets off trucks, staging at the dock and restocking the back room. Forks are 27" x 48", sized for common pallets, and drop to 2.95" to slide under deck boards. It weighs 160 lb, so one person can roll it into position. Choose the A25G or A25S if you work around moisture or chemicals, or the A25W for a built-in scale. For general warehouse duty, the powder-coated A25 is the most economical build in the line.

WHY THE A25

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

5,500 lb rated capacity

Rated for 5,500 lb, the A25 handles full pallets of beverages, paper or hardware. It raises the load to 7.5" for travel, enough clearance for dock plates and uneven slab joints.

27" x 48" forks

Forks measure 27" wide by 48" long and lower to 2.95". That low entry height helps the A25 slide under standard pallets, and the 48" length supports the full depth of the load.

German-seal hydraulic pump

The hydraulic pump uses a German seal system, and the ergonomic comfort handle turns lifting into a few steady strokes. There is no battery, charger or electrical system to maintain.

Robot-welded powder-coated steel

Every frame is robotically welded for consistent joints, then powder-coated for a durable finish. Polyurethane wheels suit smooth concrete floors in warehouses, docks and stockrooms.

How is the A25 different from the A25G and A25S?

All three share the 5,500 lb capacity, 27" x 48" forks and 7.5" raised height. The A25 uses powder-coated steel for dry indoor use. The A25G adds a galvanized finish for construction and automotive settings, and the A25S is built from type 304 stainless steel for food, pharmaceutical and wet areas.

Will the A25 fit under my pallets?

Its forks lower to 2.95" and measure 27" wide by 48" long, which suits common pallet sizes with standard fork openings. If your pallets have unusually low entry openings, call (888) 378-6244 with the dimensions and we will confirm the fit.

Does the A25 need charging or batteries?

No. The A25 is fully manual. You raise the load by pumping the handle, which drives a hydraulic pump with a German seal system, and you move the jack by hand. There is no battery, charger or electrical maintenance to plan for, and nothing to plug in at the end of the shift.

How heavy is the A25 to move around empty?

The A25 has a service weight of 160 lb. It rolls on polyurethane wheels, so one person can reposition it empty on smooth concrete. Overall length is 63" and maximum width is 27", which keeps it easy to park against a wall or in a stockroom between shifts.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?
