About the EOPL150 Series

The EKKO EOPL150 Series is a stand-on lithium order picker with adjustable forks. It carries 1,500 lb at a 16" load center on 35" forks and lifts to 165" or 216", so operators can pick onto carts, totes and smaller order pallets at height.

A 24V/200Ah lithium battery powers a 1.5 kW drive motor and 3 kW lift motor, with a Curtis controller, electric power steering, a 76" overhead guard and a 57" turning radius.

Shorter Forks, Flexible Loads

The EOPL150 Series is the adjustable-fork member of EKKO's lithium order picker line. Its 35" forks adjust to a 26" outside width and carry 1,500 lb at a 16" load center, which suits carts, totes and smaller order pallets. The operator stands on the platform under a 76" overhead guard and rides up to pick at 165" or 216". A 1.5 kW drive motor and 3 kW lift motor run on a 24V/200Ah lithium battery, with a Curtis controller, electric power steering and a 57" turning radius. Choose it when your orders are built on smaller carriers rather than full-size pallets.

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

1,500 lb on Adjustable Forks

Adjustable 35" forks, 26" outside width, carry 1,500 lb at a 16" load center. An auxiliary fork helps hold the order. Fork lowered height is 1.5".

24V/200Ah Lithium Power

A 24V/200Ah lithium battery runs a 1.5 kW drive motor and a 3 kW lift motor through AC drive control. Lithium means no battery watering routine.

Compact, Tight Turning

At 98" long with a 32"/37" chassis and 57" turning radius, the EOPL150 works picking aisles. EKKO lists a 117" aisle with 1000 × 1200 mm pallets and 121" with 800 × 1200 mm pallets.

Controlled Picking

Four travel speeds from 0.37 to 3.10 mph, electric power steering, a Curtis controller and an electromagnetic brake keep moves steady. Polyurethane wheels protect finished floors.

Which lift heights does the EOPL150 Series come in?

Two: the EOPL150-165Li lifts to 165" and the EOPL150-216Li lifts to 216". Both carry 1,500 lb at a 16" load center with a 24V/200Ah lithium battery. For 275" of lift, look at the EOP150 Series. Call (888) 378-6244 and we will match the height to your racking.

What forks come on the EOPL150?

The EOPL150 has adjustable forks measuring 1.2" x 4" x 35", with a 26" outside width and a 1.5" lowered height, plus an auxiliary fork. Rated capacity is 1,500 lb at a 16" load center. The EOP150 uses longer 42" forks at a 20" load center.

How tall is the EOPL150's overhead guard?

EKKO lists an overhead guard height of 76" and a handle height of 41". Overall length is 98" and chassis width is 32"/37". Measure doorways and overhead obstructions on your route, or call (888) 378-6244 with your clearances and we will check the fit.

Can the EOPL150 be used on ramps?

No. EKKO rates maximum gradeability at 0% loaded and unloaded, so the EOPL150 is meant for level indoor floors. Plan picking routes that avoid ramps and dock plates, and use another truck for trailer loading.

How long until it ships?

Is shipping really free?
