BUILT FOR THE JOB

The standard-width 4,000 lb walkie

The EP18JLi is the standard-width model in EKKO's 4,000 lb lithium walkie family. It carries 4,000 lb on 27" x 45" forks, the common width for everyday pallets. Forks drop to 2.95" for low openings and raise to 7.8". Power comes from a 24V/40Ah lithium iron phosphate battery with the charger included, and a 53.7" turning radius plus pinwheel capability help in tight spots. The EP18JNLI narrows the forks to 22" for narrow pallets, and the EP18JLIC uses a longer 64" chassis with a 7.48" lift. Choose the EP18JLi for standard pallets up to 4,000 lb.

WHY THE EP18JLI

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

4,000 lb, 27x45" forks

Rated for 4,000 lb on standard 27" x 45" forks. It handles typical retail, grocery and distribution pallets without stepping up to a heavier-duty jack.

24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery

A 24V/40Ah lithium iron phosphate battery powers drive and lift, and the charger is included. It is the larger 40Ah pack shared with the narrow-fork EP18JNLI.

2.95" lowered, 7.8" raised

Forks lower to 2.95" for entry under pallets with tight openings and raise to 7.8" for travel clearance over dock plates and uneven floor joints.

Tight pinwheel turning

Pinwheel capability lets the jack turn tightly in trailers, aisles and back rooms. Polyurethane wheels roll quietly, and the robotically welded steel frame is built for daily use.

WHERE IT WORKS

MADE FOR YOUR OPERATION.

Distribution docks

Move pallets from trailers to staging and storage lanes under power throughout the shift, with less operator fatigue.

Grocery receiving

Handle dense grocery pallets up to 4,000 lb from the receiving dock to back-room storage and coolers.

Trailer loading

Pinwheel inside trailers to position pallets for loading and unloading in tight spaces near the nose.

Warehouse replenishment

Bring full pallets from reserve storage to pick locations quickly across a busy warehouse floor.

BEFORE YOU BUY

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EP18JLI.

Still unsure? Call (844) 455-4327 or email support@equipmentnation.com. Real people, Mon–Fri.

How does the EP18JLi differ from the EP18JNLI?

Fork width. Both carry 4,000 lb with a 24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery, 7.8" raised height and pinwheel turning. The EP18JLi has standard 27" x 45" forks lowering to 2.95". The EP18JNLI has narrow 22" x 45" forks lowering to 3.35" for narrow pallets.

How does the EP18JLi compare with the EP18JLIC?

Both are 4,000 lb walkies on a 24V/40Ah LiFePO4 battery with 27" wide forks, a 2.95" lowered height and pinwheel turning. The EP18JLi raises to 7.8", measures 61.81" long and turns in 53.7". The EP18JLIC raises to 7.48", measures 64" long and turns in 57.5".

What battery does the EP18JLi use?

One 24V/40Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, with a charger included. Run-time per charge is not published because it depends on load and distance. Call (888) 378-6244 and we can help you plan charging around your shifts and daily pallet count.

Is the EP18JLi fully powered?

Yes. It has full power driving and lifting. The operator walks with the jack and controls it from the ergonomic handle, with no manual pumping. That reduces fatigue over a long day of 4,000 lb pallets, especially on longer runs between dock and storage.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).

Can I finance it?

Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm at checkout to spread payments out, or call us about ACH/wire for large orders.
