The EKKO EP25E is a 5,500 lb electric walkie pallet jack on full-length 27" x 48" forks, the top capacity among the EKKO walkie pallet jacks we carry. A Curtis controller and 1.3 kW AC drive motor move the densest pallets under full power.

A 24V/240Ah lead-acid battery with a 24V/30A charger is included, and steel entry wheels help the forks roll into pallets on busy docks.

The EP25E is EKKO's heaviest-duty walkie pallet jack on lead-acid power. It carries 5,500 lb on 27" x 48" forks, raising to 7.9" and lowering to 3.33". A Curtis controller manages powered drive and lift, so the operator guides even the densest pallets instead of pulling them. Steel entry wheels help the forks roll into pallets on busy docks. A lead-acid battery and charger are included. It shares its layout with the 4,400 lb EP20E. The EP25E-Li is the same jack on lithium. Choose the EP25E when loads regularly exceed 4,400 lb and you want lead-acid power.

5,500 lb rated capacity

Rated for 5,500 lb, 1,100 lb more than the EP20E. It handles heavy pallets of beverages, paper and building products that exceed lighter walkie jacks.

24V/240Ah battery, charger

A 24V/240Ah lead-acid battery and a 24V/30A charger are included. It is the lead-acid counterpart to the lithium EP25E-Li, with the same 5,500 lb capacity, forks and Curtis controller.

27" x 48" full-length forks

Forks measure 27" by 48", supporting the full depth of 48" pallets. They raise to 7.9" and lower to 3.33" for entry into common pallets.

Curtis control, entry wheels

A Curtis controller manages powered drive and lift for smooth, predictable control with heavy loads. Steel entry wheels ease pallet entry, and the steel frame is robotically welded.

How does the EP25E differ from the EP25E-Li?

Battery type. Both carry 5,500 lb on 27" x 48" forks with a Curtis controller, steel entry wheels and an included charger. The EP25E runs on a lead-acid battery, and the EP25E-Li runs on lithium. Pick the power type that fits your operation and budget.

Should I choose the EP25E or the EP20E?

Both are lead-acid walkies with 27" x 48" forks, a Curtis controller and steel entry wheels. The EP25E carries 5,500 lb on a 24V/240Ah battery, and the EP20E carries 4,400 lb on a 24V/160Ah battery. The EP20E also lists a built-in charger and optional backrest. Choose the EP25E for pallets above 4,400 lb.

Is the EP25E fully powered?

Yes. It has full power driving and lifting, managed by a Curtis controller. The operator walks with the jack and controls it from the ergonomic handle, so even 5,500 lb pallets move without manual pulling or pumping. That cuts operator fatigue on heavy days.

What comes with the EP25E?
