The EKKO A25S is the stainless steel build of the 5,500 lb A25 manual pallet jack. It is constructed from type 304 stainless steel for food, pharmaceutical, medical, sanitary and wet environments where painted or galvanized steel is not the right fit.

It keeps the A25's 27" x 48" forks, 7.5" raised height and 2.95" lowered height, with a German seal system hydraulic pump and no battery to charge.

The A25S is the A25 built for hygiene. Its frame is type 304 stainless steel, robotically welded, for corrosion resistance in wet and sanitary areas. That makes it the model to choose for food processing, cold storage, pharmaceutical and medical facilities, where painted or galvanized steel is not the right fit. Everything else matches the A25 line: 5,500 lb capacity, 27" x 48" forks, 7.5" raised height and a 2.95" lowered height. It weighs 160 lb. If hygiene is not a concern, the standard A25 or galvanized A25G will cost less. When it is, the A25S is the one to buy.

EKKO builds the A25S entirely from type 304 stainless steel. It is engineered for sanitary, pharmaceutical, medical, food and wet environments, where corrosion resistance and a cleanable frame matter every day.

5,500 lb load capacity

Stainless construction keeps the full 5,500 lb rating of the A25 line. The pump raises loads to 7.5", enough clearance to cross floor drains and transitions between processing rooms.

Standard 27" x 48" forks

Forks measure 27" by 48" and lower to 2.95" for entry. The 63" overall length and 27" maximum width match the other A25 models, so it fits the same aisles and doors.

German-seal hydraulic pump

A hydraulic pump with a German seal system, nylon wheels and ergonomic comfort handles keep lifting simple. Robotic welding gives each unit consistent seams, which matters on a frame that gets cleaned often.

What makes the A25S different from the A25 and A25G?

The A25S is built entirely from type 304 stainless steel for sanitary, pharmaceutical, medical, food and wet environments. The A25 uses powder-coated steel for dry indoor work, and the A25G uses galvanized steel for construction and automotive settings. Capacity, forks and lift height are the same across all three.

Can the A25S handle wet floors and washdowns?

It is engineered for wet environments. Type 304 stainless steel offers strong corrosion resistance, so the frame holds up in areas that are regularly washed or exposed to water. Follow the operation manual for cleaning and care of the hydraulic unit and wheels.

Does stainless construction reduce the capacity?

No. The A25S is rated for 5,500 lb, the same as the steel A25. It raises loads to 7.5", lowers to 2.95" and uses 27" x 48" forks, so it handles the same pallets as the rest of the line.

How much does the A25S weigh?
