About the EOP22 Series

The EKKO EOP22 Series is a stand-on lithium order picker for item and carton picking. The operator rides a 33" wide platform up to 165" or 216" and brings up to 220 lb of goods down from upper shelving, with no ladders or rolling stairs.

A 24V/200Ah lithium battery powers a 1.5 kW AC drive motor and 3 kW lift motor, with a Curtis controller, electric power steering, a 76" overhead guard and a 57" turning radius.

The EOP22 Series is built for item and carton picking, where the operator rides up to the shelf and brings goods down on the platform instead of on forks. It carries 220 lb on a 33" wide platform, with maximum platform heights of 165" or 216". The operator stands under a 76" overhead guard, and a 1.5 kW AC drive motor, 3 kW lift motor, Curtis controller and electric power steering run on a 24V/200Ah lithium battery. A 98" length and 57" turning radius keep it nimble in shelving aisles. For picking full pallets, step up to the 1,500 lb EOP150 Series.

Which heights does the EOP22 Series come in?

Two: the EOP22-165Li and EOP22-216Li, with maximum platform heights of 165" and 216". Both carry 220 lb and run on a 24V/200Ah lithium battery. Call (888) 378-6244 with your top shelf height and we will confirm which one fits.

What can the EOP22 carry?

Rated capacity is 220 lb at a 16" load center on a 33" wide platform. It is made for cartons, totes and small parts, not full pallets. For pallet-level picking, the EOP150 Series is rated for 1,500 lb.

How much room does the EOP22 need?

The EOP22 is 98" long with a 32"/37" chassis width and a 57" turning radius. The overhead guard stands 76" high and the handle 41". Measure your aisles and doorways, or call (888) 378-6244 and we will check the fit.

Can the EOP22 drive on ramps?

No. EKKO rates maximum gradeability at 0% loaded and unloaded, so the EOP22 is meant for level indoor floors. Keep picking routes off ramps and dock plates.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $100). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
