About the EOP70

The EKKO EOP70 is an electric mid-level order picker built to pick orders from racking at height. The operator stands on the platform and rides up with the load: the triple mast lifts 2,200 lb to 196" (16.33 ft), and an auxiliary lift adds 30.71" for 227" of total lift.

Adjustable forks and an auxiliary fork hold the order pallet, while a German AC drive motor, Curtis controller and electronic power steering make travel between pick faces smooth. The 24V/350Ah battery and 24V/50A charger are included.

The EOP70 is built for one job: picking orders from racking at height. It suits distribution centers, parts warehouses and manufacturing stores where operators build orders from multiple locations. The operator stands on the platform and rides up with the load; the triple mast lifts 2,200 lb to 196", and an auxiliary lift adds 30.71" for a total of 227". That is enough for a pallet of picked goods, far beyond the 440 lb EOPS20. Adjustable forks and an auxiliary fork hold the order pallet. A German AC drive motor, Curtis controller and EPS steering make travel between pick faces smooth, and a 24V/350Ah battery and 24V/50A charger are included.

How is the EOP70 different from the EOPS20?

The EOP70 is a fully electric mid-level order picker rated for 2,200 lb at 196". It uses a triple mast, EPS steering, a German AC drive motor and a 24V/350Ah battery. The EOPS20 is a semi-electric picker rated for 440 lb, with heights from 130" to 216".

How high can the EOP70 operator pick?

What is the EOP70's auxiliary fork for?

The auxiliary fork, along with the adjustable forks, helps hold the pallet or container the operator builds orders onto. That lets pickers stack goods directly onto the order as they move between rack locations, instead of making extra trips. Capacity is 2,200 lb.

What battery and charger come with the EOP70?

It includes a 24V/350Ah battery and a 24V/50A charger. They power a 3 kW German AC drive motor and a 6 kW lift motor through a Curtis Instrument controller. Service weight with the battery is 6,600 lb, so check floor and elevator ratings along your route.
