The EKKO EP20Li is a 4,400 lb lithium walkie pallet jack with full-length 27" x 48" forks, steel entry wheels and a built-in charger. It moves dense 48" pallets through receiving, storage and shipping lanes.

A 24V/60Ah LiFePO4 battery powers drive and lift, forks raise to 7.7" and lower to 3.3", and an optional backrest is available for tall loads.

BUILT FOR THE JOB

Big battery, full-length forks

The EP20Li is EKKO's 4,400 lb LiFePO4 walkie on full-length 27" x 48" forks. It shares its layout with the 4,000 lb EP18Li and steps up to a 24V/60Ah battery, 50% more amp-hours than the EP18Li's 24V/40Ah pack. Forks raise to 7.7" and lower to 3.3", and the 67.2" chassis turns in 55". Steel entry wheels ease pallet entry, the charger is built in and an optional backrest is available. If you want a Curtis-controlled AC drive and an even larger battery at the same capacity, compare the EP20E-Li.

24V/60Ah LiFePO4 battery

A 24V/60Ah lithium iron phosphate battery powers drive and lift, 50% more amp-hours than the 24V/40Ah battery in the 4,000 lb EP18Li. Lithium also means no battery watering routine.

Rated for 4,400 lb on 27" x 48" forks that support the full depth of 48" pallets. Forks raise to 7.7" and lower to 3.3" for entry.

Built-in onboard charger

The charger is built into the jack, so there is no separate charging station or cart to buy and mount. Park it, plug it in and charge at the end of the shift.

Steel entry wheels, backrest option

Steel entry wheels help the forks roll into pallets without catching. An optional backrest supports tall loads, and the steel frame is robotically welded for consistent strength.

How does the EP20Li differ from the EP18Li?

Capacity and battery. Both use 27" x 48" forks, steel entry wheels, a built-in charger and an optional backrest. The EP20Li carries 4,400 lb on a 24V/60Ah LiFePO4 battery. The EP18Li carries 4,000 lb on a 24V/40Ah battery. Choose by your heaviest pallet.

How does it compare with the EP20E-Li?

Both carry 4,400 lb on 27" x 48" forks with steel entry wheels and a built-in charger. The EP20Li uses a 24V/60Ah LiFePO4 battery, raises to 7.7" and is 67.2" long. The EP20E-Li adds a Curtis controller and 1.3 kW AC drive, a 24V/100Ah lithium battery and a 7.9" lift in a 71.2" chassis.

How do I charge the EP20Li?

The charger is built into the jack. Park it at a suitable outlet and plug it in to recharge the 24V/60Ah lithium iron phosphate battery. Run-time is not published because it depends on load and distance, so call (888) 378-6244 if you run long shifts.

What pallets fit the EP20Li?

Forks are 27" wide and 48" long, lowering to 3.3" and raising to 7.7". Steel entry wheels near the tips help them roll into pallets. That suits standard 48" pallets with common fork openings. Send us your pallet dimensions if you want us to confirm.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
