BUILT FOR THE JOB

Heavy Payloads on Lithium

The ES80E-Li is for crews who haul real material overhead and prefer lithium-ion power. It shares the ES80E's 990 lb rating, 88.58" x 45.27" deck, 39.37" extension and 26.2 ft platform height for a 32.8 ft working height. The difference is the power system: a 25.6V/230Ah lithium-ion battery with a 36 A charger replaces the 24V/225Ah battery, and lithium needs no watering. It is rated for two workers indoors or one outdoors in winds up to about 28 mph, with double rear-wheel brakes and proportional Curtis control for predictable positioning.

WHY THE ES80E-LI

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

32.8 ft Working Height

The platform rises to 26.2 ft (315") for a 32.8 ft working height. It carries 990 lb and two workers indoors or one outdoors, and the 39.37" extension deck is rated for 265 lb.

25.6V/230Ah Lithium-Ion

A 25.6V/230Ah lithium-ion battery powers a 3.3 kW lift motor and two 0.7 kW drive motors. The 36 A charger is included, and lithium means no battery watering routine.

45.27" Wide, Zero Inside Turn

At 94.5" long and 45.27" wide, the lift pivots on a 0" inside turning radius (86.61" outside). Folding the guardrails brings overall height from 91.5" down to 67".

Proportional Control, EN280

A Curtis controller with proportional control gives smooth positioning at height. Drive speed with the platform raised is limited to 0.5 mph, allowable tilt is 3° front and 1.5° side, and the lift complies with GB25849 and EN280.
