About the ES40E-Li

The EKKO ES40E-Li is an electric scissor lift that raises 500 lb and up to two workers indoors to a 13 ft platform height, for a 19.7 ft working height. The 57.1" × 29.9" chassis pivots on a 0" inside turning radius, and a 23.6" extension deck brings workers closer to the job.

A 25.6V/75Ah lithium-ion battery powers a 1.2 kW lift motor and two 0.4 kW drive motors, and a Curtis controller with proportional control gives smooth positioning at height.

The EKKO ES40E-Li Scissor Aerial Work Platform is a 500 lb capacity platform on four wheels with a Curtis controller, making it easy and safe to lift workers and materials, transport loads and move products at height.

It is built with steel construction and complies with GB25849 and EN280 standards.

The ES40E, Lithium Powered

The ES40E-Li is for teams that like the ES40E's size but want lithium-ion power. The chassis is the same: 57.1" x 29.9", a 0" inside turning radius, a 13 ft platform height and a 19.7 ft working height, with room for two workers and 500 lb. The difference is the 25.6V/75Ah lithium-ion battery, which needs no watering, paired with a charger that accepts 100-240 VAC input. Fold the guardrails and overall height drops to 63", so it moves easily between rooms, floors and buildings on a busy maintenance schedule.

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

19.7 ft Working Height

The platform rises to 13 ft (157") for a 19.7 ft working height. It carries 500 lb and up to two workers indoors, and the 23.6" extension deck is rated for 220 lb.

25.6V/75Ah Lithium-Ion

A 25.6V/75Ah lithium-ion battery powers a 1.2 kW lift motor and two 0.4 kW drive motors. The 10 A charger is included, and lithium means no battery watering routine.

29.9" Wide, Zero Inside Turn

At 57.1" long and 29.9" wide, the lift pivots on a 0" inside turning radius (61" outside). Folding the guardrails brings overall height from 76.8" down to 63".

Proportional Control, EN280

A Curtis controller with proportional control gives smooth positioning at height. Drive speed with the platform raised is limited to 0.5 mph, allowable tilt is 3° front and 1.5° side, and the lift complies with GB25849 and EN280.

How fast does the ES40E-Li raise and drive?

Rise time is 25 seconds and lowering takes 25 seconds. Drive speed is up to 2.5 mph stowed and 0.5 mph with the platform raised, and gradeability is 25%. Proportional controls let the operator ease into the final position near ceilings and fixtures.

How long until it ships?
