About the ES40E

The EKKO ES40E is an electric scissor lift that raises 500 lb and up to two workers indoors to a 13 ft platform height, for a 19.7 ft working height. The 57.1" × 29.9" chassis pivots on a 0" inside turning radius, and a 23.6" extension deck brings workers closer to the job.

A 24V/100Ah battery powers a 1.2 kW lift motor and two 0.4 kW drive motors, and a Curtis controller with proportional control gives smooth positioning at height.

The EKKO ES40E Scissor Aerial Work Platform is a 500 lb capacity platform on four wheels with a Curtis controller, making it easy and safe to lift workers and materials, transport loads and move products at height.

Small Footprint, Real Reach

The ES40E is the most compact lift in EKKO's scissor range. At 57.1" long and 29.9" wide, it rolls through corridors, store aisles and service areas that a bigger platform cannot enter, and folding the guardrails drops overall height to 63". The 13 ft platform gives a 19.7 ft working height for lighting, ceiling tiles, sprinklers, signage and top-shelf inventory, with room for two workers and 500 lb. A 24V/100Ah battery and 100-240 VAC charger are included. Prefer lithium? The ES40E-Li uses the same chassis with a 25.6V/75Ah lithium-ion battery.

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

19.7 ft Working Height

The platform rises to 13 ft (157") for a 19.7 ft working height. It carries 500 lb and up to two workers indoors, and the 23.6" extension deck is rated for 220 lb.

24V/100Ah Battery System

A 24V/100Ah battery system powers a 1.2 kW lift motor and two 0.4 kW drive motors. The included charger accepts 100 to 240 VAC input with 10 A output.

29.9" Wide, Zero Inside Turn

At 57.1" long and 29.9" wide, the lift pivots on a 0" inside turning radius (61" outside). Folding the guardrails brings overall height from 76.8" down to 63".

Proportional Control, EN280

A Curtis controller with proportional control gives smooth positioning at height. Drive speed with the platform raised is limited to 0.5 mph, allowable tilt is 3° front and 1.5° side, and the lift complies with GB25849 and EN280.

How fast does the ES40E raise and drive?

Rise time is 25 seconds and lowering takes 25 seconds. Drive speed is up to 2.5 mph stowed and 0.5 mph with the platform raised, and gradeability is 25%. Proportional controls let the operator ease into the final position near ceilings and fixtures.

How long until it ships?
