About the EP20E

The EKKO EP20E is a 4,400 lb electric walkie pallet jack on full-length 27" x 48" forks. A Curtis controller and 1.3 kW AC drive motor give smooth powered travel and lift, and steel entry wheels help the forks roll into pallets.

A 24V/160Ah lead-acid battery with a built-in 24V/15A charger powers the jack, and an optional backrest is available for tall loads.

The lead-acid 4,400 lb walkie

The EP20E is EKKO's lead-acid walkie pallet jack for 4,400 lb loads on full-length forks. It carries 4,400 lb on 27" x 48" forks, raising to 7.9" and lowering to 3.3". A Curtis controller manages a 1.3 kW AC drive motor, steel entry wheels help the forks roll into pallets, and a built-in 24V/15A charger keeps its 24V/160Ah battery topped up. An optional backrest is available for tall loads. The EP20E-Li is the same jack with a lithium battery, and the EP25E steps up to 5,500 lb. Choose the EP20E for lead-acid power and 48" forks at 4,400 lb.

Curtis-controlled drive and lift

A Curtis controller manages powered drive and lift for smooth, controllable starts, stops and speed changes. The operator guides the jack from the ergonomic handle instead of pulling.

Steel entry wheels

Steel entry wheels near the fork tips help the forks ride into pallets instead of catching on bottom boards. That eases repeated pallet entry on busy docks.

Built-in charger, 24V/160Ah

A 24V/160Ah battery comes installed with a built-in 24V/15A charger, so there is no separate charging station to buy or mount. An optional backrest is available, and the steel frame is robotically welded.

How does the EP20E differ from the EP20E-Li?

Battery type. Both carry 4,400 lb on 27" x 48" forks with a Curtis controller, steel entry wheels, a built-in charger and an optional backrest. The EP20E runs on a lead-acid battery, and the EP20E-Li runs on a lithium battery. Choose by your preferred battery technology and budget.

How do I charge the EP20E?

Should I choose the EP20E or the EP25E?

Both are lead-acid walkies with 27" x 48" forks, a Curtis controller and steel entry wheels. The EP20E carries 4,400 lb, and the EP25E carries 5,500 lb. If your heaviest regular pallets are over 4,400 lb, step up to the EP25E.

What is the optional backrest for?

A backrest gives tall or stacked loads something to rest against during travel, which helps keep cartons from shifting toward the operator. It is listed as optional for the EP20E, so ask us to add it when you order by calling (888) 378-6244.

How long until it ships?
