About the EK14-118/130

The EKKO EK14 is a fully powered counterbalanced walkie stacker offered in two lift heights: the EK14-118 reaches 118" and the EK14-130 reaches 130", both rated for 3,300 lb at a 24" load center. It drives and lifts under power, and with no straddle legs out front the forks go straight into the pallet.

A Curtis controller runs the 24V AC drive motor, electronic power steering lightens the tiller, and the mast tilts 2° forward and 5° back. Power comes from a 24V/210Ah battery with a 24V/30A charger, and the 45.3" forks adjust from 8.6" to 28.3".

Two masts, one proven chassis

The EK14 is the core of EKKO's 3,300 lb counterbalanced walkie line, and this listing covers two mast heights. The EK14-118 lifts to 118" with a 78" lowered mast; the EK14-130 lifts to 130" with an 84" lowered mast. Everything else is shared: a 24" load center, 45.3" forks adjustable from 8.6" to 28.3", 2° forward and 5° back tilt, electronic power steering and a Curtis-controlled 24V AC drive. Because it is counterbalanced, it picks up pallets without straddle legs, so wide loads and closed-bottom pallets are no problem. Pick the lower mast if doorways are tight.

WHY THE EK14-118/130

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

3,300 lb at 118" or 130"

Both heights are rated for 3,300 lb at a 24" load center. The EK14-118 extends to 155" at full lift and the EK14-130 to 167", with 4" of free lift before the mast begins to rise.

24V Power, AC Drive

A 24V/210Ah battery and a 24V/30A charger feed a 2,500W AC drive motor and a 2,500W lift motor. A Curtis controller keeps travel and lifting smooth and predictable.

No Straddle Legs

The rear counterweight balances the load instead of legs out front, so the 45.3" forks enter pallets directly. Forks adjust from 8.6" to 28.3" overall width for mixed pallet sizes.

Steering and Control

Electronic power steering reduces effort at the tiller, and the mast tilts 2° forward and 5° back to settle loads. The frame is steel with robotic welding on polyurethane wheels.

Which height should I choose, 118" or 130"?

Match the lift to your highest beam and the mast to your lowest doorway. The EK14-118 lifts to 118" and stands 78" lowered. The EK14-130 lifts to 130" and stands 84" lowered. Capacity, forks, steering and battery are the same. Call (888) 378-6244 with your rack and door heights if you are unsure.

How does the EK14 differ from the EK14S?

The EK14S models add a side-shifting carriage with 4" of side shift, so you can line up a pallet with the rack without moving the machine. The EK14 has a fixed carriage. Both carry 3,300 lb at a 24" load center on 45.3" forks with 2° forward and 5° back tilt.

Is the EK14 fully powered?

Yes. It drives and lifts under power. A Curtis controller runs the 2,500W AC drive motor, a 2,500W lift motor raises the mast, and electronic power steering lightens the tiller. The operator walks behind and steers; there is no hand pumping or pushing.

Can the EK14 pick up pallets without straddle legs?

Yes. As a counterbalanced stacker it has no legs out front; the weight at the rear balances the load. The 45.3" forks enter the pallet directly and adjust from 8.6" to 28.3". Keep loads within 3,300 lb at a 24" load center.

How long until it ships?
