About the EK14-138

The EKKO EK14-138 is the tallest lead-acid EK14: a fully powered counterbalanced walkie stacker that lifts 3,300 lb to 138" at a 24" load center. It drives and lifts under power, and with no straddle legs out front the forks go straight into the pallet.

A Curtis controller runs the 24V AC drive motor, a 3,000W lift motor raises the mast, and electronic power steering lightens the tiller. Power comes from a 24V/210Ah battery with a 24V/30A charger, and the mast tilts 2° forward and 5° back.

The tall-mast EK14

The EK14-138 takes the EK14's 3,300 lb rating to a 138" (11.5 ft) lift, 20" more than the EK14-118 and 8" more than the EK14-130. It is a fully powered counterbalanced walkie stacker, so it drives and lifts under power and approaches pallets with no straddle legs in the way. A Curtis controller runs the 24V AC drive, a 3,000W motor handles the lift, electronic power steering lightens the tiller and the mast tilts 2° forward and 5° back. ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

3,300 lb to 138"

Rated for 3,300 lb at a 24" load center with a 138" (11.5 ft) maximum lift. The mast stands 90" lowered and gives 4" of free lift before it begins to extend.

3,000W Lift Motor

A 24V/210Ah battery and 24V/30A charger feed a 2,500W AC drive motor and a 3,000W lift motor, the largest lift motor among the lead-acid EK14 models on our store.

No Straddle Legs

The rear counterweight balances the load instead of legs out front, so the forks enter pallets directly. Forks adjust from 8.7" to 28" overall width for mixed pallet sizes.

Steering and Control

Electronic power steering reduces effort at the tiller, and a Curtis controller keeps travel and lift smooth. The mast tilts 2° forward and 5° back, on a steel frame with polyurethane wheels.

How does the EK14-138 compare with the other EK14 heights?

All EK14 models are rated for 3,300 lb at a 24" load center. The EK14-118 lifts to 118" with a 78" lowered mast, the EK14-130 to 130" with 84", and the EK14-138 to 138" with a 90" lowered mast. Choose the lowest mast that still reaches your top beam so doorways stay easy.

Will the EK14-138 fit through my doorways?

With the mast lowered, the EK14-138 stands 90" tall, well above a typical 80-inch interior door, and it is 39" wide. Measure the door openings along your route. If the fit is close, call (888) 378-6244 and we will check your measurements before you order.

Is there a lithium version of the EK14-138?

Not at 138". The lithium EK14 on our store is the EK14-130Li, which lifts 3,300 lb to 130" on a 24V/150Ah lithium battery with a 24V/50A charger. The EK14-138 runs on a 24V/210Ah battery with a 24V/30A charger. If you need the extra 8" of lift, choose the EK14-138.

Does the EK14-138 have side shift?

No. The EK14-138 has a fixed carriage with 2° forward and 5° back mast tilt. If you place pallets into tight rack openings and want to move the forks sideways without moving the machine, look at the EK14S models, which add 4" of side shift at 3,300 lb.

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $150). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
