The EB12E-138 is the EB12E for taller storage. It lifts to 138", about 18" more than the standard EB12E, so it can reach upper rack beams that the shorter models cannot. The trade-off is a 92" lowered mast, so check door heights on your route. Everything else is shared with the family: 2,640 lb capacity, adjustable forks and straddle legs, a 52.6" turning radius and a 24V lead-acid battery with an on-board charger.

On-Board Charging

A 24V (2×12V/100Ah) maintenance-free battery runs drive and lift. The built-in 24V/15A charger plugs into a standard outlet, so there is no separate charger to buy or mount.

Adjustable Forks and Legs

Forks adjust from 8.3" to 33.5" and straddle legs from 45.5" to 59.1", so one machine handles mixed pallet sizes. A 52.6" turning radius and 70" overall length keep it nimble in narrow aisles.

The EB12E-138 has a lowered mast height of 92". That is taller than a standard 80" door, so check the height of every opening on your route. How is the EB12E-138 charged?

It has a built-in 24V/15A automatic charger. Park it at the end of the shift and plug it into a standard 110V outlet; there is no separate charger station. The 2×12V/100Ah battery is maintenance-free. If the unit sits unused, charge it about once a month to protect the battery.

How does the EB12E-138 compare with the EB12E and EB12E-98Li?
