The all-round EB12E

The EB12E is the middle of the EB12E line. It lifts 2,640 lb to 119.4", enough for most two- and three-level racking, while its 82" lowered mast still fits under typical 8 ft openings. It runs on a 24V (2×12V/100Ah) maintenance-free battery with a built-in 24V/15A charger, so charging is as simple as plugging into a wall outlet. Straddle legs let it lift closed-bottom pallets and skids that a standard fork-over stacker cannot.

On-Board Charging

Will the EB12E fit through my doorways?

The EB12E has a lowered mast height of 82". That clears openings of 82" or more; a standard 80" door is too short, so check your route. At full lift the mast extends to 135", so check ceiling, light and sprinkler clearance too. Need a lower mast? The EB12E-98Li has a 72.05" mast. Call (888) 378-6244 and we will check the fit.

What pallet sizes does the EB12E handle?

Forks adjust from 8.3" to 33.5" with a 45.3" fork length, and the straddle legs adjust from 45.5" to 59.1". Set the legs to clear the pallet and the forks to its openings. Capacity is 2,640 lb at a 24" load center. Unsure about an odd size? Call (888) 378-6244.

How is the EB12E charged?

It has a built-in 24V/15A automatic charger. Park it at the end of the shift and plug it into a standard 110V outlet; there is no separate charger station. The 2×12V/100Ah battery is maintenance-free. If the unit sits unused, charge it about once a month to protect the battery.

How does the EB12E compare with the EB12E-138 and EB12E-98Li?

All three lift 2,640 lb and share adjustable forks, straddle legs and a 52.6" turning radius. The EB12E reaches 119.4" with an 82" mast, the EB12E-138 reaches 138" with a 92" mast, and both use a 24V lead-acid battery with an on-board charger. The EB12E-98Li lifts to 98.42" with a 72.05" mast and runs on lithium. Choose by the height you need and the doors you pass through.
