About the EK18RF-Li

Run stand-up rider work on lithium with the EKKO EK18RF-Li. It lifts 4,000 lb to 216" (18 ft) with 61.3" of free lift and side shifting forks, and its 58.5" turning radius and 10.5 ft aisle requirement suit busy docks and distribution floors.

A 48V/350Ah battery powers a German AC drive motor through a Curtis Instruments controller, with hydraulic steering, solid cushion load tires and polyurethane drive tires for smooth indoor floors. A 480V 3-phase charger is standard.

Step on, step off, keep moving

The EK18RF-Li is for fast-paced docks and warehouses where operators hop on and off the truck all day. The stand-up design, with a 9.1" step-on height, makes that quick compared with climbing in and out of a seat. It lifts 4,000 lb to 216", or 18 ft, the same as the lead-acid EK18RF, with 61.3" of free lift. It swaps the 48V/420Ah lead-acid battery for a 48V/350Ah lithium pack, so there is no watering routine. A German AC drive motor and Curtis controller give responsive travel, and side shift is standard.

4,000 lb to 216"

Lift 4,000 lb at a 24" load center to 216", or 18 ft, with 61.3" of free lift. Side shift comes standard, and the 45.3" forks adjust from 9.4" to 35.6" for a wide range of pallets.

48V/350Ah Lithium Battery

The lithium battery powers a 6 kW German AC drive motor and a 7.7 kW lift motor through a Curtis Instruments controller. A 480V 3-phase charger is standard, with 220V 3-phase and 110V single-phase options at extra cost.

Stand-Up Rider Design

The operator stands in the compartment for quick step-on, step-off work at docks and staging areas. Hydraulic steering, a 58.5" turning radius and ergonomic controls keep handling easy through long shifts.

Cushion and Poly Tires

Solid cushion load tires and a polyurethane drive tire are built for smooth indoor floors. Robotically welded steel construction stands up to frequent impacts and constant direction changes.
