About the EOP150 Series

The EKKO EOP150 Series is a stand-on lithium order picker built to pick full orders from racking. The operator rides up with the load and builds the order on 42" forks rated for 1,500 lb at a 20" load center, with lift heights of 165", 216" or 275".

A 24V/200Ah lithium battery powers a 1.5 kW AC drive motor and 3 kW lift motor, with a Curtis controller, electric power steering and a 57" turning radius for picking aisles.

The EOP150 Series is designed for one purpose: picking orders from racking and storage in warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing plants. The operator stands on the platform and rides up with the load, building orders onto 42" forks rated for 1,500 lb at a 20" load center, with an auxiliary fork to help hold the order. Choose 165", 216" or 275" of lift to match your top pick face. A 1.5 kW AC drive motor, 3 kW lift motor, Curtis controller and electric power steering run on a 24V/200Ah lithium battery, and a 57" turning radius keeps it nimble in picking aisles.

ENGINEERED WHERE IT COUNTS.

1,500 lb, Three Heights

Rated for 1,500 lb at a 20" load center. Choose 165", 216" or 275" of lift to match your top pick level. 42" forks with a 22" outside width and an auxiliary fork hold the order.

24V/200Ah Lithium Power

A 24V/200Ah lithium battery runs a 1.5 kW AC drive motor and a 3 kW lift motor. The battery is changed by hoist lift, and lithium means no battery watering routine.

Tight Aisle Geometry

A 57" turning radius and 32"/37" chassis width suit picking aisles. EKKO lists a 114" right-angle aisle with 1000 × 1200 mm pallets and 118" with 800 × 1200 mm pallets.

Measured, Steady Control

Four travel speeds from 0.37 to 3.10 mph, electric power steering, a Curtis controller and an electromagnetic brake give controlled moves between pick faces. Polyurethane wheels protect floors.

Which lift heights does the EOP150 Series come in?

The series is offered as the EOP150-165Li, EOP150-216Li and EOP150-275, lifting to 165", 216" or 275". All three carry 1,500 lb at a 20" load center on 42" forks. Tell us your top pick face and ceiling height at (888) 378-6244 and we will confirm the right height.

What aisle width does the EOP150 need?

EKKO lists a right-angle stacking aisle of 114" with a 1000 × 1200 mm pallet and 118" with an 800 × 1200 mm pallet. Turning radius is 57" and overall length is 101". Measure your narrowest aisle, or call (888) 378-6244 with your layout and we will check the fit.

Can the EOP150 be used on ramps?

No. EKKO rates the EOP150's maximum gradeability at 0% loaded and unloaded, so it is meant for level warehouse floors. Plan picking routes that avoid ramps and dock plates, and use a different truck for loading and unloading trailers.

How does the EOP150 differ from the EOPL150?

Both carry 1,500 lb on a 24V/200Ah lithium battery with a 57" turning radius. The EOP150 has 42" forks at a 20" load center and heights up to 275". The EOPL150 has adjustable 35" forks at a 16" load center, a 76" overhead guard and heights of 165" or 216".

How long until it ships?

We confirm stock and your ship date by email within 1 business day. In-stock units usually leave the warehouse in 2–5 business days, then freight transit takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on orders over $500 to the 48 contiguous states (orders under $500 ship for a flat $100). You'll need a dock or forklift to unload; otherwise choose liftgate delivery (+$150).
